A message from Mr Goudie...
This challenges focuses on balance, coordination and speed. The aim is to try and touch the ball with your foot as many times as possible in 20 seconds, whilst spinning! Hence the name 'Dizzy'. Again, if you haven't got a football it could be a smaller ball or other item! Challenge your family and staff if they fancy having a go, my personal best was 64 in 20 seconds! What can you get?

Good luck!👍🏻

PSHE

Think about ‘big’ changes that have happened in your life e.g. birth of a baby sibling, starting school, getting a new pet etc.

Now think about how those events made you feel e.g. anxious, worried, excited, happy, nervous etc.

Next think about how you might cope with such a change and how you could manage the feelings associated with it, e.g. you could tell an adult, express your feelings, and share your worries with someone you trust.

Draw one change you have experienced and write in a speech bubble how you felt when this was happening.

Can you draw one happy experience and one nervous experience?
