Parents: Ask your child to write the following words in their busy work books.
Boys and girls, remember to use your 'Fred Fingers' to help you.
As a challenge, your child could write a simple sentence: a hot chip.
Maths Time
Can you remember how to double?
Remember it means same/same - you have to double the same amount e.g. 3 and 3, 1 and 1.
Double these numbers:
2, 4, 5, 7, 10 and write the answers in your busy work book.
You can draw spots to help you.

Challenge: Can you write the corresponding addition sum? e.g. 3+3= 6
Story Time
In Reception, we have been learning all about the story 'The Jolly Postman'. In this story, it has lots of characters from other fantastic stories including Jack and the Giant from 'Jack and the Beanstalk'.
