Fantastic!   This week, at Maths Time, we are going to learn how to tell the time.
Today, we are going to learn how to tell o'clock times, so switch your Maths brains on.
 

  Parents: please use the picture below to explain a clock to your child.

 When the minute hand is pointing to 12, we call this time o'clock. On this clock, the hour hand is pointing at the 8, and the minute hand is pointing to the 12. So, this clock is showing the time 8 o'clock.

Story Time

Today's story is called 'A Squash and a Squeeze'.  A little old lady lives all by herself in her house but she's not happy - it's just too small, even for one. Whatever can she do?
