Now, in your busy work books, practice writing the following letters:
Remember to use the rhymes to help you.
m - Maisie, mountain, mountain.
k - down the kangaroo's body, tail and leg.
y - down a horn, up a horn and under his head.

 Parents: Ask your child to write the following words in their busy work books.
Boys and girls, remember to use your 'Fred Fingers' to help you.

Words to write: bag, sun, dot, log, kid.
As a challenge, your child could write a simple sentence: pat a dog.

Maths Time
Today, we are learning about repeating patterns.
Look at the delicious ice creams below  each ice cream has a coloured repeating pattern.
Can you draw the ice cream cones in your busy books and continue the pattern?
 

Challenge:
Can you create your own repeating pattern? You could use the colours of your favourite ice cream 
Ask somebody in your family to continue the pattern you make.
