It is the last day of the school week today!

Here are your busy work activities. 

Phonics Time

Can you say these sounds?

Now, in your busy work books, practice writing the following letters:
Remember to use the rhymes to help you.

a - around the apple, down the leaf.

v - down a wing, up a wing.

z - Zig-zag-zig.

Parents: Ask your child to write the following words in their busy work books.
Boys and girls, remember to use your 'Fred Fingers' to help you.

Words to write: cat, dog, chip, stop.

As a challenge, your child could write a simple sentence: stop a cat.

Now let's play 'Fishy Phonics'.

Read the words in the cloud and then use your fishing skills to try and catch the matching picture cards from the river.

Chat on the Mat Time
Yesterday we learnt about some of the things that plants need in order to grow. 

Let's write a list of the things plants need to grow:
