They strengthen our times table knowledge, improve our ability to recognise numerals, read and spell number names and making counting on fun for us.

Maths

 

In Maths year 2 have been using lots of different objects, media and manipulatives' to help them investigate and problem solve with multiplication, division, addition and subtraction.

 

Year 2 children are becoming very independent and can choose their own tools and aids to help them complete their work.

 

We are becoming super Mathematicians!
