Dear Parent/Carer,
Welcome back to the new school term! We hope you had a lovely summer break.
Your child is due their flu immunisation this term. To help us prepare, please complete your child’s consent form via this link https://econsent.merseycare.nhs.uk/ by Friday 12th September 2025. You can choose either the nasal spray (recommended for best protection) or the injectable flu vaccine if required. If you don’t want your child to receive their flu vaccine, please complete their form with a NO to avoid receiving further follow up calls and text.
Please note: Late forms may mean your child is unable to receive their flu immunisation at the first school session.
Remember: Flu can be a very unpleasant illness and can sometimes cause serious complications. Vaccinating your child helps protect them and reduces the spread of flu to more vulnerable family members, friends, and the wider community.
