• Visit from The Lord Mayor of Liverpool!

  The Lord Mayor of Liverpool visited our school to see our E.A.L. (English as an Additional Language) provision in addition to our excellent School of Sanctuary practice. He presented us with our School of Sanctuary award! We were all very pleased and proud!

  

• Arty Facts Theatre Company

  Our Junior  children watched a play by the Arty Facts Theatre Company and then our Year 5 children acted out Macbeth. It was brilliant! 

  

• Year 5 Heritage Walk

  Year 5, as part of our PSHE/Geography/History studies, visited Liverpool city centre.  Our guide, Curtis, revealed to us some fascinating facts about the buildings and docklands of our great city.

  

• YEAR 6 Statutory Assessment Tests

• Liverpool Philharmonic Revolution

  The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra explored the major theme of Revolution for our Year 4 children this morning. We listened to an Orchestral rendition of Roger McGough's "the Sound Collector" today at the Philharmonic Hall as well as Beethoven and The Beatles’ experimental, trail-blazing Sgt. Pepper’s album, J.S. Bach, Hector Berlioz and Igor Stravinsky, all of whom, like Beethoven and The Beatles, revolutionised musical history.
